In all seriousness this Tumblr situation is absolutely horrible.

incredible.

I was and am still looking forward to creating Christmas and holiday pictures
for you all, as are I’m sure many creators and artists. The idea that in the
middle of the holiday season there now needs to be this scramble to move your
work, backup your files, and reestablish yourself on new sites is just baffling.

This should be a time where artists and their followers come together to have a
relaxing and enjoyable holiday, but instead many people will be completely
alienated from their followers and mutuals due to the hassle of migrating to
other sites, and that’s actually heartbreaking to me.

Online friendships and connections mean a lot to people, and the fact that
thousands, maybe millions of such connections, however small, will be severed
